Free mental health support for VCS organisations

The Cellar Trust is a mental health charity based in Shipley and they have teamed up with Participate to support VCS and social enterprise organisations by offering free mental health support to help with staff and volunteer mental health needs during lockdown.

The past few months have been challenging - we’ve seen the amazing way that all our staff and volunteers have provided ongoing support to service users, and we know the demand on services is still high. Looking after our own mental health and wellbeing and that of our staff and volunteers is crucial to help us continue to meet that demand.

Your Wellbeing Action Plan

They’re offering an assessment of your organisational capacity to help identify key areas that may benefit from some extra support and development. We can then help create your tailored Wellbeing Action Plan, provide recommendations and signpost you to any further support or training we think will be of help to your organisation, staff and volunteers.

Who can access this free support

They’re offering this free support to charities and social enterprises in the Bradford District who have a duty of care to staff and volunteers, particularly those whose roles have changed as a result of the ongoing pandemic and may be struggling with their own mental health as they try to balance the needs of their service users whilst working from home...

They’re here to help

There’s lots of support out there, and we can help you access it now and over the next few months, until March 2021.
