Greenmoor Big Local
In 2013 Scholemoor and Lidget Green in Bradford was allocated £1 million to spend on making the area a better place to live as part of a pioneering Big Lottery Fund scheme to put decision‐making power in the hands of local people. This is a 10 year initiative and is an exciting opportunity for residents in the Lidget Green and Scholemoor area to have a say in how that money is spent in their neighbourhood which will make a lasting positive difference to where they live.
Greenmoor Big Local is about bringing together all the local talent, ambitions, skills and energy from individuals, groups and organisations who want to make their area an even better place to live. CNet have been administrating the Greenmoor Big Local project for over four years.
The Greenmoor Big Local Partnership Board consists of 18 voting Board members in total. This includes local residents and ward councillors. The board also has representation from the local voluntary and statutory sector.
